Rituacharya – Discipline of Season based Ayurvedic lifestyle

The ancient Ayurveda practice called Rituacharya – Ayurvedic Discipline followed based on seasonal changes. “Ritu” which means season and “charya” which means discipline or regimen. Ritucharya contains ayurvedic lifestyle and diet routine to manage  that are caused by seasonal change.

Any person, who follows the Ritucharya, will gain physical strength and mental capability to withstand the ailments that could happen due to seasonal changes. Also, the rituacharya, helps to balance all three doshas in our body throughout the year.
