Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Our yoga sessions are designed to welcome adults at different levels of experience.
No Refunds
Once payment has been made, the payment is non-refundable for the applicable service or package — offline classes, online classes, online consultation and other paid services.
Package Validity
The purchased package must be used within a 1-month validity period, as communicated at the time of enrollment or payment.
The drop-in fee can be credited toward a package purchase.
Grace Period
A grace period applies after the validity period ends. We provide a 7-days grace period to complete the Yoga sessions package. If you fail to complete it within this period, your package will expire.
Transfer / Gift Option
If a participant is unable to continue or attend, remaining eligible sessions may be transferred or gifted to another person, subject to the final terms and conditions.
Cancellation
Once a package or service payment has been completed, the participant cannot cancel the purchase to receive a refund.
Subscription Cancellation
For the future subscription model, participants may be allowed to cancel according to the applicable subscription terms.
