What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga is a unique form of yoga that uses a suspended fabric hammock to support the body during movement, stretching, and yoga postures. It combines traditional yoga principles with elements of suspension and assisted movement to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, and relaxation.
The hammock provides support while allowing you to explore movements and postures with greater freedom and control. Sessions are guided by a trained instructor and are adapted according to each participant's individual needs and suitability.
What Aerial Yoga Includes
Aerial Yoga sessions are 60 minutes long and are suitable for participants from 6 years onwards, subject to individual suitability. Before joining a session, participants are required to complete a suitability and health assessment to ensure the practice is appropriate for them.
